I have had the privilege and the honour to work along side and in the development of several teams in my career. Included for you are a collection of photos, videos and training documents with my past teams. 

At present, I am still in contact of most of my past teams. 

 I designed a solar wireless solution for CCTV security to protect a test well at an environmental sensitive site. There was no shore power nearby, and this was a tidal river making the solution further challenging. In addition, the river was very active, which would cause a high degree of false alarms, and would impact the amount of power needed to ensure the system was operational 24/7. 

I designed the manufacturing facility for a security company that had been building custom one off equipment. I first reviewed the current floor plan and mapped out the process flow of how equipment would be produced in each of their stages. I measured that against existing processes and timed it. I then ordered materials and proceeded with the work. Here are a collection of photos at various stages of the project.

This is a video of our team responding to a live  crime in progress. What you are about to see might be a bit shocking, but I intentionally left out a lot of the videos that led to the Police dispatch. You will see the Police response to the situation after we dispatched them.

I participated in the Easter Seals Drop Zone Fundraising activity to raise money for the kids living with a disability. The funds go towards individuals to enhance the quality of life, self-esteem and self-determination of Canadians living with disabilities.

The client had to meet insurance requirements for a new construction project in the Squamish area. The requirements they needed to meet were to have physical security guards present on location 24/7, manning the entry gates and controlling vehicle and people traffic. In addition, to patrol the construction site for any signs of fire during the after hours.

The purpose of this prototype was to save costly repeat visits to site to just make adjustments to Infrared Lights. Infrared Lights are used to illuminate an area allowing CCTV to be visible to Operators in complete darkness. This is essentially the Night Vision that many CCTV cameras have built-in.

I developed a process to go paperless for our projects and automated the process using an app called Basecamp. Additionally, the app allowed me to bring in the individuals (Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Installations, Monitoring, Accounting, Management) who would be part of the project and to send them task reminders, allowing me to monitor progress.

I showed the owners and managers a new way to build generator enclosures utilizing my past experience building and installing large walk-in coolers, freezers and clean rooms. This was the first set of 3 power plants we designed and built on our own that was shipped to a client in Africa. This has now been adopted as the new way they build all of their projects.

This is a presentation to the Executive Team showcasing the results of a LEAN exercise used to make improvements to the existing process. I incorporated a process to include  all the departments from Sales, Accounting, Operations to Field Installation. 

I worked on a power project on the Canada Line, when BC was preparing for the Canada Olympics with the addition of the new skytrain line. I sold and provided power to the (SNC Lavalin) construction company that was building the elevated structure. I sold 22 generators used along 19 km of the track.

I created a LEAN / Six Sigma AI Agent that will help business owners, managers and anyone interested in improving process in every facet of their organization. Additionally, this tool is what I used to streamline my work.

I created an AI Engineer to help my sales team ask thorough questions when designing security solutions. Additionally, to produce Bill of Materials, summarize the project details, and to map out devices for the Project Scope of Work.

I created a Night Walk Test Template for a company so we can test our camera views and the alarm triggers received at night vs. the day. The finished copy is used to go over with the sales person, and customer to ensure we have met their requirements and to go over how the system works and what it sees and cannot see. This is what is used to educate the client and to be on the same page. We do this before the system goes live.
